Jon (Product Manager @Evaluagent): thanks for this, Jon. To confirm, this will allow customers the option to either import only 'closed' conversations or to import both 'closed' and 'open/pending' conversations themselves inside the platform?

Hallam S: By turning this on in the backend, it will import all conversations irrespective of status (i.e. both open and closed)

Hallam S - Hi, Nick has confirmed that this is a config setting and so can be actioned for just this customer. So they can import all contacts and not just closed ones. Let me know if you'd like me to get Nick to make the change
