Dynamic custom reporting groups is now live for all customers. Called SmartGroups, they enable you to create custom reporting groups based on conditions such as employee start date or average quality score. You'll find the new SmartGroups under User Management > Custom reporting groups.
Just click New groups to build them.

I would like for filters that target specific Teams or Departments to also automatically include users that are added later or moved to that team internally.
Currently, we have to make the changes or add the users, then navigate to each filter that affects that user, manually add them to those filters, and in the case of work queues, re-publish.
This would limit human error and cut additional admin work.

Just a quick update on this popular idea. We are in the process of designing a solution to deliver this idea as part of a revamp to the custom reporting groups.
We are aiming to a have a beta out in the next couple of months. More updates to follow.
