Allow reviewing managers to query evaluations

When an evaluator sends the evaluation to a team leader to review prior to the agent seeing, there may be instances where the team leader queries the results. This doesn't seem to be possible whilst it's in the review state.

We have now made a change to the query workflow to allow Team Leaders/Managers to query an evaluation before it is published as part of the review process.
This should offer more flexibility in how you process evaluation reviews going forward. 
Available now on all plans.
