Could this be reworded to be more reflective of the intent? When reading it without knowing what it is, it looks more like something you wish to share externally, or even provide feedback to a 3rd party website like TrustPilot etc.
Something like "Provide Feedback/ Product Suggestions" or something similar might help engagement between clients that have issues and don't know already how to provide this.

I like that the platform is simple to read and easy to navigate, my only suggestion is that the evaluations section be accessed from the home page in a list view, with a back function to easily toggle through the other evaluations.

Yes thank you, that is really useful to hear and something I can see now could be misleading - and we're really keen not to put anyone off making product improvement suggestions. We'll have a think with our word-smiths as to how this can be better named!
