When an agent does not have access to EV themselves but the Team Manager does, can there be an option for the TM to acknowledge the feedback on EV once they have fed it back. We can they pull reporting on this and be able to ensure our feedback is being shared.

The ability for team leaders to formally acknowledge feedback (both QA and general) is being released this week. Team Leaders and Managers can now confirm they have seen and actioned feedback about their team or individual agents.

This can then be reported on via the download CSV function for feedback. Later we will plug this into a SmartView metric so it can be built as a dashboard widget if you'd prefer.

Yes good idea we will then be able to see that this has been viewed even though we may not be able to confirm what has been done with this information.

Agree with this. This would definitely assist in how we record and report on feedback within QA
