New comment on actions notification

Whilst the actions feature is great, if you don't know there has been a new comment on there you would never know. The agent leaving the comment would need to tell you there is a comment, but if they are doing that they might as well just tell you the comment that way.
By getting a notification via email or on system this would make that feature more effective.

Thanks to your Canny votes, a new notification is in town! Previously, if a user added a comment to an action inside EvaluAgent, nobody was notified meaning important updates or questions wouldn't be seen until the other party looked at the action.
With this new notification, EvaluAgent will notify the relevant users whenever a new comment has been added to an action making it easier (and faster) than ever to communicate progress, seek clarification, or ask for a progress update. Perfect for larger teams and avid users of actions.
This In-App Notification will be enabled by default so there's no need to do anything unless you wish to configure additional channels, turn the notification off or set an SLA.

Agree - it would seem that the comment adds minimal value without a notification. Additionally, the Manager would be alerted to the need to review the comment and take any appropriate action.
