Can a singular 1-2-1 session and evaluations be set up so as part of a development plan so multiple occurrences can be linked in the same development plan, to allow for these to be self-contained as a plan rather than all as individual sessions. This will mean rather than having a drop down to view all sessions only the relevant session for that plan would be able to be added to and update as needed.

We have found that when we are using the 1-2-1 template for Performance plans its difficult to record the reviews and have them all in one place. There could be multiple sessions between the PIP sessions and there is little in ways of distinguishing PIP sessions to others.
