The dashboard is great, but doesn't really show the benefit of the coaching and evaluations or the impact they have had.
It would be great to be able to see the difference in selected time periods and the impact everything has had.
For example, over June your quality score was X, you had X amount of support (evaluations and coaching), and your quality score was X in July.
I still find myself looking to export data into excel to see this sort of insight, which is really time consuming.

Hi Chris - this is now achievable using the comparison widget within the new SmartView dashboards. Simply select the quality score metric and compare against 1-2-1 sessions or similar to graph out a trend over a time period of your choice. Hopefully this gives you a good starting point. We'll be doing more comparison and insight work over the coming months to make this even more useful. Thanks for the suggestion, Jon

Hi Chris - We are in the process of redesigning the dashboard to enable much more flexibility and customisation. It will be widget driven and so enable you to show some of the specific comparisons you are suggesting.
However, I'm interested to clarify, do you see this function you have suggested as being part of the dashboard or a lower level report?

I see this as being part of the main dashboard. In my opinion it should be a main feature of progress. Almost a way to show the topline success of previous months etc and should be a key element of the dashboard.
