Call Recording: Floating Bar

The call recording bar with play, pause, seek, options etc... seems to have a floating functionality that moves down the scorecard alongside the scoring BUT the functionality appears to be restricted to a limit amount of scrolling (I think it's the length of the first static page) and then the call recording bar will DISAPPEAR upon additional scrolling, resulting in the need to return to the top of the screen to access the play, pause, seek etc...functionality.
Could the floating functionality be extended to accompany the entire scorecard from top to bottom, eliminating the need to return to the top of the screen?

Thanks Gareth P - I'm going to check this with our engineering team as this should not be the expected behaviour, so I wonder if a bug has surfaced here. I'll update here once I'm sure. But thanks for the feedback. Jon

Hi Gareth P - the engineering team have reviewed the problem you highlighted and can confirm it is a bug in the code. They are just preparing a fix here and a small enhancement to smooth out this experience with the playback view. Hoping to have the rollout into production next week. Thanks Jon
