A report or notification targeted to agents that provides weekly/monthly/quarterly results & insights. Potentially could include "Quality Results", "Feedback Gathered", "Line Item Trends", and improvements/gaps in a summary format that is agent friendly.
Could have positive items for the agent, like, "You jumped 4 places on your team!" or "Your (Line Item) increased 7%!"

We would like to have the option of a weekly summary vs. individual occurrences triggering notification emails. Example would be the email to the agents when they have a contact evaluation published. Instead of each time, we would like to have the option to send that information once a week.
