Ability to set an action directly from a calibration

When having completed an evaluation it would be very helpful if you were able to set the participants actions directly from the calibration rather than having to set the actions separately from the calibration itself.

We are moving this idea as in progress as part of our work to improve our UX/UI we will be releasing a 'Global Create' button that will enable you to create the most common tasks such as actions, 1-2-1s, evaluations etc from a single point wherever you are in the platform.

This is a great idea, can i also ask would be great to add an action linking to a evaluation as well. This will support if any customer / system actions are required and be easier to track
