Hi team. Thanks for the work that you've put into the root cause reporting so far, it's been really useful to have a quick way of viewing all root causes selected. I understand that it's currently in beta so this may already be planned but is it possible to include the feedback fields on the root cause report? Our analysts select a root cause and leave more detailed feedback in either the line item or overall evaluation feedback. It would be useful to pull a report of all evaluations where a specific root cause has been selected and then be able to analyse the reasons for the selection without going into each evaluation. The first phase of root cause reporting is now live and available under the Line Item Performance Report tab. Further developments in exposing root cause insights to come in the near future.

New root cause reporting is coming as a 'beta' very soon, however we recognise there is probably more we can do in this area to make the identification of actionable insights in relation to root causes even better - so this is likely to be a development focus beyond this next release.

It would be nice to be able to export root cause for reporting to management instead of clicking into the system for each line item and manually retrieving each metric. Its time consuming and makes reporting a pain.
