Hi Taylor, 
Scheduled sharing of completed evaluation results is now available within the new KPI report which was launched in Mid-2022. It's a feature that's gone down really well with other users so it'd be great to hear what you think.

Do you think it would be possible to add a summary of evaluation feedback to the agent level KPI PDF reports? It would be really valuable for the team members to get a scheduled report of not only their stats but areas for improvement and things they've done well. Let me know what you think?
